Fort de son succès dans l’acquisition de Meatless B.V. l’année dernière, le fabricant d’ingrédients prévoit en effet d’élargir son portefeuille de produits semi-finis début 2024 avec des bouchées et de la viande hachée de bœuf d’origine végétale de la marque Meatless®. Grâce à sa technologie hautement innovante, BENEO offre aux fabricants un moyen adaptable et efficace d’exploiter la tendance végétale, avec des produits de substitution à la texture authentiquement moelleuse et semblable à celle de la viande de bœuf.
