ARLANXEO focuses on benefits of Levapren for alternative energy cable applications
Dusseldorf - At K 2016 in Dusseldorf, ARLANXEO is focusing on the benefits of Levapren EVM Elastomers for processors and end users. Visitors to the ARLANXEO stand – number 6C78 – will be able to learn how the halogen-free ethylene-vinyl acetate synthetic rubber (EVM) helps to significantly reduce the spread of fire and the subsequent damage due to hydrochloric acid corrosion in or near generators, thus protecting large installations and considerable investments in the event of fire.

Dusseldorf - At K 2016 in Dusseldorf, ARLANXEO, one of the world’s largest producers of nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), will highlight its leading position in the supply of NBR powder products and demonstrate the benefits for customers and end-users.
ARLANXEO introduces new Therban LT HNBR Elastomers for low temperature applications
Dusseldorf - At K 2016 in Dusseldorf, Germany, ARLANXEO will introduce two new products of Therban hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (HNBR) for low temperature applications: Therban LT 1707, a fully saturated grade, and Therban LT 1757, a partially saturated grade. Both grades offer the ability to fulfill stringent low temperature requirements up to -40°C, while at the same time maintaining the high dynamically and heat resistant performance of this elastomeric rubber class.
ARLANXEO with new proprietary process to improve fuel economy of tires
Dusseldorf - At K 2016 in Dusseldorf, ARLANXEO will be introducing a newly developed technology for the production of functionalized solution rubbers. The application of this new technology to both styrene butadiene rubber (S-SBR) and functionalized butadiene rubber - in particular neodymium catalyzed butadiene rubber (Nd-BR) – increases the interaction with fillers, helping to improve the dynamic properties of tire tread compounds.
