CCL DESIGN ACQUIRES WORLDWIDE RIGHTS TO NANO-FUSION™ PAINT PROTECTION FILM

HAZERSWOUDE, the Netherlands - October 16, 2013 - Nano-Fusion™, a patented paint protection film with unique surface technology, is now available exclusively from CCL Design, a division of CCL Industries (“CCL”). Worldwide rights to the product line and related intellectual property were acquired by CCL from Avery Dennison as part of the Office & Consumer Products and Designed & Engineered Solutions transaction completed on July 1, 2013.

This sale does not affect sales of Avery Dennison products including Supreme Wrapping Films and other colored and clear vehicle wraps and vehicle protection films sold under the Avery Dennison brand.
