Meeting high performance needs for HDTV
To meet the high performance requirements of HDTV camera systems, Belden has introduced Brilliance® 7804Ex. These hybrid fiber optical cables are designed to surmount over-heating problem experienced in outside HDTV broadcasting. This is particularly common with black cables in direct sunlight because their internal resistance can be reduced to below critical level causing the camera to shut down in case of short circuit.
New bundles for CATV cables
Belden has extended the range of its highly popular CATV cables with three easy-to-install bundles that deliver optimum signal transmission for MATV and SMATV.
New mini high resolution S-Video/BNC cable from Belden
A new S-Video/BNC cable from Belden for connecting S–video compatible projectors, beamers and other video equipment offers a superior solution for installers and integrators of top-of-the-range video facilities in professional and semi-professional applications.
Belden introduces new Brilliance® speaker cables
Belden has introduced Brilliance® Oxygen-Free High-Conductivity (OFHC) halogen-free speaker cables. Designed for indoor, outdoor and buried applications, these cables connect loudspeakers with amplifiers and thanks to their high conductivity oxygen-free copper core, they deliver superior and distinctive sound performance. Twisted and color-coded conductors provide better RF, sound quality and improved EMC and low capacitance polyolefin insulation ensures superior high frequency response and extended distance runs.
New Belden halogen-free component video cables
Belden has extended its popular Halogen-Free Snake Cable range by introducing VideoFlex® FRNC 1855ENx. The new cable combines important benefits to both users and installers, delivering optimum performance whilst reducing installation time and therefore labor costs.
