CHEMTURA INCREASES PRICES ON PHT4-DIOL FLAME RETARDANT
Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) announces an off-list price increase of 5% for its PHT4-diol flame retardant, effective April 1, 2007 or where contracts allow.

CHEMTURA INCREASES METAL ALKYL PRICES
Due to continued operational and capital cost demands, Chemtura Corporation will increase the prices of the neat portion of its aluminum alkyl products by 25%. Pricing for the neat portion of its Magnesium and Zinc alkyl products will be increased by 100%. These price increases will be effective April 1, 2007, or as contracts allow. For solvent blends, higher solvent purchase costs will be reflected in the blend pricing.

(ATTS) of Marlton, NJ, as exclusive distributor of its Hybase line of magnesium sulfonate fuel additives (M-14D and derivatives) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, and Oman.

CHEMTURA ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN PRICE INCREASE ON TIN STABILIZERS, MIXED METALS AND PLASTICIZERS
Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) announced a 7-9% increase of European selling prices on all tin stabilizers, a 5% increase on all mixed metals stabilizers and a 5 Eurocent increase on all plasticizers for all package sizes, effective immediately or as contract terms permit. The increase is due to higher raw material costs. Customers having questions are asked to contact their account representatives.

Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) will increase worldwide delivered bulk elemental bromine pricing up to 20%, on and after December 5, 2006, where contracts allow. Brominated derivative products will increase accordingly.

AL-ZAMIL AND CHEMTURA PLAN STUDY OF NEW METAL ALKYLS PLANT
Al-Zamil Group and Chemtura Corporation (NYSE: CEM) of the U.S.A. announced today an agreement to further develop formation of a joint venture to build a world-scale metal alkyls manufacturing facility in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. The facility would be designed to satisfy growing regional demand for aluminium alkyls that serve as specialty catalysts for a variety of olefins, including polyethylene and polypropylene.
