CHEMTURA NAMES VICE PRESIDENT, INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANTS & GREASES

Chemtura Corporation announced the appointment of John Pannucci to the position of Vice President, Industrial Lubricants & Greases, Performance Specialties. He is in charge of marketing and strategic direction for all Chemtura products for industrial applications, such as refrigeration lubes, fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, industrial specialties and greases. The Chemtura portfolio includes the Anderol and Hatco brands, recently acquired from Kaufman Holdings.

Pannucci brings to Chemtura over 25 years of business management and marketing experience in performance & specialty chemicals and lubricants. Formerly COO and General Manager of Anderol, Inc., Pannucci joined Chemtura February 1, 2007 through Chemtura’s acquisition of Kaufman Holdings. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Kaufman Holdings, where he was responsible for expanding the company’s global leadership position in the field of advanced lubricants. Previously a Vice President & General Manager with Rhodia, Inc., his international experience includes a joint venture board level directorship in China. He has also served on the Board of Governors for Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Association (SOCMA).

Pannucci holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biological sciences from Rutgers University, Rutgers College, New Brunswick, NJ and a Master of Business Administration in chemical marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, NJ.
