Clariant promove aula concerto com o maestro João Carlos Martins em Suzano
São Paulo, 17 de agosto de 2016 – A Clariant, uma das líderes mundiais em especialidades químicas, organizará no próximo dia 18 de agosto, às 11h00, uma aula concerto com o maestro João Carlos Martins, na Escola Estadual Jussara F. Domschke. O evento faz parte das atividades do projeto “A Música Venceu!”, realizado na escola pela Fundação Bachiana, com o patrocínio da Clariant. Em conjunto com a Orquestra Filarmônica Bachiana, também se apresentarão os alunos de instrumentos de corda, coral e percussão.

Clariant Chemicals’ Q1 2016-17 Net Sales up by 10.5%
Mumbai, August 12, 2016 – Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited, India’s leading specialty chemicals producer, reported a growth of 10.5% in Sales at Rs. 271 crore, for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 245 crore in the same period last year. The company’s reported Sales grew by 21% at Rs. 252 crore, in the core continuing business (plastics and coatings segment), for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 209 crore in the same period last year.

Muttenz, August 5, 2016 – Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, announced today the issuance of USD 276.5 million and EUR 95 million of debt in the German market for certificates of indebtedness (“Schuldschein”). The USD-denominated tranche has a term of 5 years. The certificates in EUR have terms of 5 years and 7 years.
