Clariant announces price increases for Detergents & Intermediates
Muttenz, 31 March 2011 – Clariant's Business Unit Detergents & Intermediates announces a minimum 10% price increase for its TAED, Hostapur® SAS, Glyoxal, Glyoxylic Acid and Oxalic Acid product lines.
The adjustments, which will become effective immediately or as contracts allow, reflect accelerating raw material costs which can no longer be absorbed by the Business.
Clariant’s customers will be contacted individually regarding the specifics of the price increases as they apply to their products and regions.
