Conference Programme Update
ECMSA organises India conference focusing on investing, sourcing and outsourcing for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry
16-17 February 2006 - Frankfurt
This conference evaluates India as an upcoming target for investment for European chemical companies. Besides highlighting issues of India as a market, the conference focuses on the potentials of India as a partner for outsourcing of R&D, production (e.g. custom manufacturing) or other services. In addition, the conference gives insights in the innovative power of India in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological field.
India is an important emerging market for most companies within the chemical industry. This conference sets out not only to provide participants with access to the experience of those who have already taken the decision to participate in India but to provide insight to the future demand for chemicals and an understanding of the consumer demand that is and will be driving India’s need for chemicals.
The programme consists of three sessions covering general information and frame conditions; case studies on producing and selling in India, and case studies on outsourcing and sourcing in India.
A networking dinner will be organised the evening before the event. The Consul General of India in Frankfurt, Mr. Ashok Kumar, will deliver a dinner speech at that occasion.
ECMSA (the European Chemical Marketing and Strategy Association) is a not-for-profit industry organisation that brings together decision makers responsible for shaping and defining the industry’s future.
Full details of the conference can be found on www.ecmsa.org.
Bookings can be made online at www.ecmsa.org or by contacting Barbara Ginter at ECMSA in the Netherlands on + 31 70 312 39 26. Spaces are limited at this event and we would advise you to book early to avoid disappointment.
