Datamed selects Eastar® copolyester for High-Tech Opto-Electronic device
Datamed of Milan (Rodano), Italy has selected Eastar® copolyester MN211 to produce a disposable plastic cuvette which snaps into the BLOP4, a very compact, easy to use and low cost probe to measure blood saturation and haematocrit values for extracorporeal blood circulation. BLOP4 with its simple disposable cuvette can be easily applied in any external units, thanks to its RS-232 data transfer protocol and to a very powerful SW.
