DAMON C. WARMACK
Vice President, Coatings

On March 1, 2003, Damon C. Warmack assumed the position of vice president, coatings where he is responsible for the organization’s entire global coatings operations. Additionally, he will continue to be responsible for the company’s business in the Asia Pacific region.

Warmack was born July 3, 1957, in Tampa, Florida. He received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Florida in 1980.

Warmack joined Eastman in 1980 and worked as a marketing representative from 1982 to 1986. He also worked in product management before becoming manager of Eastman’s operations in Taiwan in 1990. From 1993 to 1997, he served as General Manager, Greater China, and from 1998 through 2000 as General Manager of Eastman’s first Joint venture in China, Yangzi Eastman Chemical Company.

Prior to his current position, Warmack was vice president and managing director of Eastman’s Asia Pacific region from 2001 through 2002.
