Largest technology specialist PR network in Western Europe reports achievements in the last three months since its formation

London 19 July 2002: Following on exactly three months since its launch in London on April 12, Tom Burgess, CEO of Eurocom PR Network reported the achievements to the 20 partners:

Achievements in the last three months include:

  • Partners have been added in four more countries: Bulgaria, Czech and Slovak Republics, Romania.

  • Partners are actively being researched in Hungary and Russia and will be confirmed shortly

  • Potential partners in the three Baltic States have been identified and discussion underway

  • There are at least 20 potential client projects under discussion that involve more than one partner.

  • At least one project has already taken place involving two Network partners

  • News releases about Eurocom have been distributed by most partners

  • Over 30 press clippings have been received including in some countries where we do not yet have a partner namely Hungary.

  • A Service Level Agreement for clients has been devised for all partners to sign up to.

  • An intranet has been established so that all partners can share information

  • An online PR management system has been identified and tested which will enable all partners to manage, report and measure campaigns in the same way

  • There is a weekly email update

  • Five PR firms in Central and South America have expressed interest in joining the Eurocom PR Network as partners in a new Latin American PR Network.

  • It will be announced shortly that one PR firm in the UK has signed up as an affiliate and others have said they plan to do so.

  • Susan Spencer has been appointed to run our San Francisco office and she is underway with an active campaign to PR firms and potential clients in the area.

  • A PR firm in Vancouver wishes to be our Western Canada partner

  • Several PR firms in California and other locations in Florida, Texas, Washington DC and New York have expressed interest in being part of the Network.

    Eurocom PR Network is the largest PR Network in Europe specialising primarily in technology markets, based on figures from PR Week UK. No other network or wholly owned group has locations in the same number of countries as Eurocom.
