Cool, lubricated and smell-free machining
Each year, around 8 million individual metal parts are produced at the Husqvarna Group’s hometown location in Sweden for its premium outdoor power tools, which include chainsaws and trimmers. To ensure that both productivity targets and a safe and healthy environment for its workforce are achieved, the Group turned to Henkel’s new generation bactericide-free cutting fluids to provide a smart solution to an increasing bacteria and odor problem during machining. Three years on, the team at Husqvarna endorses Bonderite L-MR as a major sustainability tool for the metal industry.

Henkel launches integration program for refugees
Henkel is starting an extensive refugee’s integration program in its vocational training center. In collaboration with external partners and public authorities, the company is offering career guidance and job shadowing as well as internships, language courses and coachings for the refugees. The aim is to promote the integration of people with prospects of staying in Germany permanently.

Formula E hits Europe again

Henkel to showcase latest coating & lubricant advances at Wire Düsseldorf 2016
At the April 4-8 Wire Düsseldorf 2016 show, Henkel will introduce new formulations for some of its leading processes and technologies, including the Bonderite L-FM FL one-step polymer coating process for automotive components and screws, and Bonderite L-FG process lubricant for hot metal forming.
Lubrication solutions for automotive suppliers and tube manufacturers will be presented on the Henkel Adhesive Technologies stand (Hall 11, booth B73) at Wire Düsseldorf 2016, the international wire and cable trade show in Germany.
