Honeywell Refrigerants Europe goes live with regionally focused web site
Honeywell Refrigerants Europe, a leader in the development of safer HFC refrigerant solutions to replace HCFC-based products in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, used IKK 2002 as the launch platform for its new web site: www.honeywellrefrigerants.com
The new site, which has been developed specifically for the European market, is part of the company’s broader programme to make product information and services more accessible to the refrigeration and air-conditioning industries.
“Our objective is to give greater depth to the information and services we provide to the customer,” says James Harris, Commercial Director, Honeywell Refrigerants Europe. “We are upgrading our communications tools to better complement what is one of the most comprehensive ranges of safer, environmentally friendly refrigerants currently available to the market.”
Ease of use is central to the new site, both in terms of navigation and language. Now launched in English, information will soon be available in German, Italian, French and Spanish. Registered visitors will have access to full technical data and information, covering Honeywell’s complete product line-up. Additionally essential regulatory information will be available to enable them to keep abreast of current International and European regulations, as well as new legislative activities and timetables. Also, links to other sites relevant to the industry will be incorporated.
According to Harris: “We have taken the time necessary to develop the web site to meet the growing needs of our customers and therefore are confident in the value it will deliver. Moreover, the site has built-in flexibility to accommodate expansion and further development in the future, ensuring that its value keeps pace with customers’ needs. Because of its customised focus, we believe it is something of a ‘first’ in the refrigerants business sector.”
