Honeywell Chemicals strengthens customer support for blowing agents in Europe
Added team members to help introduce and support Enovate® 3000 product throughout the region
Heverlee, Belgium, February 13, 2004. Honeywell Chemicals announced today that it has added technical resources to support its blowing agent business in Europe. Saskia Walraedt has recently joined as Technical Service Manager for the European Foam Segment, and Mario Maccarrone will serve as Regional Sales Manager Foam for Southern Europe.
Saskia Walraedt, who has a doctorate in polymer chemistry from the University of Ghent, Netherlands, provides technical support for polymer foam product development and manufacturing for customers across Europe.
She brings to Honeywell a wealth of experience in the European foam sector, having previously served as Application Manager for Huntsman Polyurethanes. Prior to that, she was a Senior Researcher at ICI Polyurethanes.
Maccarone, who holds an engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy, joins Honeywell from Afros Cannon S.p.A., where he was Sales Manager for Eastern Europe.
According to Honeywell, the recent additions to the team further help expand its blowing agents business in Europe and will help drive the introduction and support of its Enovate® 3000 product throughout the region.
