马勒宣布收购阿根廷气门制造商Edival

斯图加特／德国，总部位于德国斯图加特的马勒集团于2007年3月21日

宣布，集团的巴西子公司MAHLE Metal Leve S.A.，收购了位于Santa Fé省Rafaela的阿根廷公司Edival。此次收购包括，Edival的整体运营，涉及工业工厂以及行政、销售和工程办公室。

成立于1953年的Edival主要生产用于内燃机的气门、气门导管以及气门座圈。公司已获得质量和环境认可，并且拥有15万个气门的年生产能力，涉及超过3，000种不同的产品。2006年，Edival的年生产能力有望超过4千万个。Edival现有员工大约800名。

马勒集团管理委员会主席兼首席执行官，Heinz K.
