燃烧的优化开拓了新的前景

本展品的制造材料是耐高温的“MAHLE 174+”铝合金。冷却镶圈的应用进一步延长了它的使用寿命。例如，在这种类型的活塞上，我们能使燃烧室边缘的温度降低30ºC。在实际应用中，每降低10ºC就意味着使用寿命翻倍！在耐久性试验中，此活塞能承受220bar的最大爆发压力。机油耗、窜气量以及活塞外观的表现都极为出色，试验后活塞各部位尺寸变化也都在令人满意的范围内。
