新的滤清器技术–由马勒开发

上海, 2007年4月 –位于斯图加特的供应商马勒研发出一种集成模块化滤清系统—MAHLE SYMMETRIX. 这种新型的过滤技术与星形折叠滤芯相比，在有限的安装空间下具有更大的过滤面积。

主滤芯是此项创新型过滤系统的核心所在。螺旋形滤芯中互锁状过滤通道连同轴向经空气动力学优化的气流能保证其最佳过滤性能，进而保证既定安装空间的最佳利用率。在同一体积滤清器壳体的前提下，MAHLE SYMMETRIX 的储灰能力几乎是圆形滤芯的三倍，压力损失同传统的空气滤清系统相比也得到了改善—这意味着更长的保养周期和更佳的发动机性能。根据特殊的应用，前置旋风管式预滤器可用以显著提高储灰能力，从而延长其滤芯的保养周期。

马勒同时可提供整体注塑的无纺布的安全滤芯。在主滤芯保养期内提供对发动机最大限度的保护，其安装方式亦有利于气流的优化。
