MOOG COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF LTI REENERGY GMBH
AMSTERDAM, 03 June 2009 – After taking a 40 percent ownership stake in privately held LTi REEnergy GmbH last June, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) has acquired the remaining 60 percent of the Unna, Germany-based company . Moog is acquiring two manufacturing and testing facilities, one in Unna, Germany, and the other in Shanghai, China; and a widely used electric wind turbine blade pitch control system that complements Moog’s existing blade pitch control, rotor monitoring and slip ring systems.

MOOG ACQUIRES WIND ENERGY FIRM INSENSYS
East Aurora, N.Y., February 6, 2009 – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) has acquired 70 percent of the stock of Insensys Ltd. for US$15.7 million in cash. As part of the transaction, Moog has an option to purchase the remaining 30 percent within one year. Insensys is a leading supplier of pitch control and rotor blade monitoring systems for wind turbines.

MOOG WINS 10-YEAR TEST EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH AIRBUS
AMSTERDAM, June 10, 2008 – Moog FCS, a worldwide provider of high-performance aerospace test equipment and a part of Moog Inc. (NYSE:MOG.A and MOG.B), has secured a contract to provide Airbus with multi-channel digital servo control system requirements for all of the Airbus ground-based testing facilities. Under the agreement which is set to run until at least 2016, Moog FCS is the sole supplier to Airbus for multi-channel digital servo control systems, providing Airbus with the benefits of a single platform across all of its structural testing facilities in Germany, United Kingdom, France and Spain.

MOOG FCS HELPS RACK MAKER THULE TAKE VIBRATION RESISTANCE TESTS TO THE LIMIT
AMSTERDAM, June 4, 2008 – When the world's leading supplier of car rack systems decided to invest in a new world-class test facility, it chose Moog FCS for a test rig to simulate the conditions its products are likely to face on all the world's roads. Swedish company Thule, the world leader in Sports Utility Transportation including roof top boxes, roof racks, roof rails and bike carriers, took delivery of the test rig in February 2008, a month before it opened its new test centre in Hillerstorp, Sweden. The facility will support the entire Thule group, which has numerous locations around the world.
