Rapid Granulator launches next generation 100-Series screenless granulators
Friedrichshafen, Germany – October 14, 2008 – Today at Fakuma 2008, Rapid Granulator unveiled its next generation 100-Series screenless granulators with integral IMD. The new 100-Series is a family of eight basic models ranging from the very small 100-xx, dedicated to grinding the tiniest sprues and rejects, to the 100-75 Twin, capable of granulating very large injection mouldings such as dashboards and bumpers. Of key importance to processors is that integral to these next generation granulators is the latest technology to protect them from damage and ensure operator safety, enhanced capacity and simplified maintenance.
Next big step for Rapid’s open-hearted granulator technology
Friedrichshafen, Germany – October 14, 2008 – The biggest ever open-hearted granulators, the new 600-Series from Rapid Granulator, were launched today at Fakuma 2008. The 600 Series are the largest of Rapid’s open-hearted range of easy access granulators. These allow cleaning and maintenance time to be reduced by up to 50%, without compromising safety or regrind quality.
