Rapid Highlights Latest Developments at Chinaplas’2008
Patented new 100 and hybrid 150 series improve machine’s performance and durability, save client’s investment
(March 10th , 2008, Shanghai)- Rapid Granulators, the world leader in plastic granulation and recycling technology headquartered in Sweden, will bring up its latest developments, Rapid 100 and 150 series to Chinaplas 2008 at Booth E3G32, following the successful launch of Rapid “Open hearted” range 300, 400, 500 series at the show in 2007.
Rapid 100 series machine is made in China, featured with unique and patented Integrated Metal Detection (IMD) technology, which minimize the risk for metal to destroy both the granulator, injection molding screw and the plastic tools, therefore dramatically improve the durability of machines, product performance, productivity, and offers a big saving in client’s investment. In addition, the transparent upper part of the machine facilitates operator to track on the process inside the machine, therefore can respond and adjust accordingly, which accounts as a plus to increase the machine’s performance, safety and life time, while at the same time, has aesthetic appeals.
The 150 Series is the latest generation beside the press granulators from Rapid. It is designed to replace the world most sold granulator 15-Series in China. It appeals to China market for high quality regrind, long lasting performance and optimal cost-price ratio, as the state-of-the art “heart” rotor/cutter house is from Sweden, while other parts are localized in China.
Beside these new Series, Rapid will also showcase its 300, 400 and 500 Series, the ‘next generation’ granulators’ in response to the market demand.
