Exclusive Worldwide Launch of Rhodia Polyamide’s New High Fluidity Polyamide 6.6 Range at K 2007
Lyon, France – June 6, 2007 – Rhodia Polyamide will use the K 2007 exhibition as the global launch platform for an innovative High Fluidity Polyamide 6.6 product range. This new range will deliver a breakthrough material solution that provides a broader degree of design freedom together with an outstanding surface finish in the final part.
Importantly, the High Fluidity Polyamide 6.6 will enable moulders to improve productivity and to reduce cycle time, while maintaining the temperature, chemical and mechanical advantages of polyamide 6.6. The High Fluidity Polyamide 6.6 also provides for a high level of stiffness and retention of mechanical properties at high continuous use temperatures.
The High Fluidity Polyamide 6.6 range, which results from strong ongoing investments in R&D and proprietary Rhodia technologies, will open up new avenues of opportunity. Particularly in applications for which high levels of mineral or glass fibre reinforcement are required without compromising either productivity or surface appearance.
To be featured in its presentation (Booth E24, Hall 6) at K 2007, this new range reconfirms Rhodia as a worldwide leader in polyamide innovation and the provision of higher performance solutions that meet the evolving demands of global customers and markets.
