Rohm and Haas Announces a Worldwide Ion Exchange Resins Price Increase

Shanghai, China, June 22, 2007 – Rohm and Haas Company has announced a worldwide price increase of 5-7% across its range of ion exchange resins, adsorbents and catalysts. The increase will be effective July 1, 2007 or as contracts permit.

The increase is needed to cover the continued increases in raw materials and other product-related costs.
