Rohm and Haas Launches China-made TinaBaTM 2000
Providing Advanced Coatings Products for China and the Global Market
Shanghai, China, September 24, 2007 — Rohm and Haas announces the launch of TianBaTM 2000, a new coatings product that has been developed to meet Chinese customers’ needs. This product introduction clearly demonstrates Rohm and Haas’ commitment to provide swift response and innovative products to meet local customers’ needs. TianBaTM 2000 is exhibited to Chinese customers for the first time at the China Roofing and Waterproofing Exhibition on September 24th.
TianBaTM 2000 is the new generation flexible acrylic copolymer with broad applicability for use in cement-based and non-cement-based waterproof coatings, flexible plastering mortar for thermal insulation systems, external flexible putties, ceramic tile adhesives, and mortar repair. Extensive studies demonstrate that TianBaTM 2000 has better waterproofing, flexibility, and alkali resistance than similar existing products. TianBaTM 2000 is environmentally advanced technology, which is low-odor and low in volatile organic compounds.
