La satisfactoria colaboración entre SABIC Innovative Plastics y General Motors culmina en la presentación de las mejoras del Opel Flextreme y del Chevrolet Volt en el Salón Internacional del Automóvil de Frankfurt 2007
En el Salón del Automóvil de Frankfurt 2007 (IAA), SABIC Innovative Plastics (anteriormente GE Plastics) celebrará la presentación de los “concept cars” OPEL Flextreme y Chevrolet Volt. Estos vehículos ilustran las innovaciones en materiales poliméricos ligeros, que complementan la arquitectura E-Flex y presentan una tecnología que permite obtener acristalamientos de ventanas transparentes y ligeros paneles de carrocería que ahorran energía.

August 31, 2007 – New York, NY – Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) today announced the completion of its purchase of GE Plastics from General Electric for a purchase price of US$11.6 billion. The announcement was made by SABIC Chairman, HH Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thenayan Al-Saud.
