德国SMS塑料技术集团下属中国合资子公司，巴顿菲尔•震雄塑料设备有限公司就香港上市公司大同机械企业有限公司子公司东莞东华机械有限公司(Dongguan Weltec Machinery Ltd.)侵犯单螺杆管材挤出生产线知识产权提起法律诉讼.东莞东华机械有限公司涉嫌使用巴顿菲尔•震雄塑料设备有限公司机密图纸，仿造巴顿菲尔设备并向顾客销售。按照法律程序,佛山市中级人民法院于2003年10月29日, 对仿造设备拍照查封,并于当日向东莞东华机械有限公司发出传票。去年9月, 巴顿菲尔•震雄通过其供货商,发现东莞东华机械有限公司试图仿制完全相同的巴顿菲尔公司技术产品.
