Songwon leadership team at full force with new EVP Corporate Manufacturing and Engineering

Ulsan, Korea – July 11, 2011 – Songwon Industrial has announced that Giacomo Sasselli has joined the group as Executive Vice President Corporate Manufacturing and Engineering. This completes the strategy Songwon announced in March 2011 to establish a new organization for the group with a team of first class executives.

Mr. Sasselli, who started his career with the Italian Enichem group, has built an exceptionally strong technical foundation through focusing on the development of new chemical technologies and the improvement of existing ones, in a wide variety of chemistry industrial applications worldwide. Giacomo broadened his experience as a site manager, following which he joined Great Lakes Chemical Corporation. Here he expanded this role, taking responsibility for operations with a key emphasis on the technical-economic performance of a worldwide network of polymer additives production sites.
