Songwon Industrial Group increases prices for Organo-Tin product range
Ulsan, Korea - May 22, 2014 - Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. (www.songwon.com) one of the leading global polymer stabilizer manufacturers, has announced an up to 20% price increase for its n-octanol based Organo-Tin products. The increase is effective immediately, or as contracts allow.
Increasing the prices is a necessary step to offset the rising cost of key raw materials including Octyl- and tin- feedstock and utilities. Driven by solid demand and tight supply, Songwon anticipates that both feedstock and utility prices will remain unpredictably volatile and high.
The price increase affects all Songwon’s Octyl tin products including mono-, di-, tri- and tetra-octyl tin.
