Songwon demonstrates industry commitment at Chinaplas 2016
Ulsan, Korea – April 25, 2016 – Songwon Industrial Group, the 2nd largest manufacturer of polymer stabilizers in the world, supports its aim to become a leading stabilizer supplier to the Chinese plastics industry by exhibiting at Chinaplas 2016 – the largest trade fair for plastics in Asia, taking place this year in Shanghai from April 25-28.
Together with its Joint Venture (JV) partners, Songwon Baifu – a global leader in thioesters and Qingdao Long Fortune Chemical & Auxiliary Co., Ltd. – a leading stabilizer supplier in China, Songwon will be highlighting some of its most advanced and sustainable stabilizer solutions.

Songwon currently has two manufacturing facilities in China with its JV partners. The first one, located in Tangshan, is fully back integrated with a capacity of 8000MT and produces high quality thioester antioxidants for the Chinese market, as well as other key regions.
The second world class facility, dedicated to production of SONGNOX® One Pack Systems, is located in the Qingdao area of Eastern China. The plant is currently in the final stages of construction and due to be fully operational in Q3/2016. In addition, the Qingdao JV sells Songwon’s complete range of products.
From April 25-28, Songwon’s global and local representatives look forward to welcoming visitors in Hall N3, Booth D21 at Chinaplas 2016.
