Sidel at CHINA BREW & CHINA Beverage 2008

The plastic bottle is slowly emerging as an alternative packaging format for beer. Plastic beer bottles are light in weight, unbreakable, resealable and easier to handle than glass. Plastic bottles can be moulded into complex designs, giving various options for improving marketability. PET bottles are also completely recyclable.

Discover Sidel’s New Beijing Facility

Visitors to the show will also have the opportunity to discover the products and services offered at the new 40,000 sq-meter Sidel Beijing plant. Completed in May 2008, the 35-million euros investment is Sidel’s first multi-product facility. It has the capability to assemble all equipment found on Sidel’s complete lines, from blow-molding to palletizing.
