Synventive will consolidate its European manufacturing operations
‘s GRAVENDEEL, THE NETHERLANDS – April 26, 2006 - Synventive Molding Solutions, leading manufacturer of hot runner systems and related components has reached an agreement with the Works council and labour union to consolidate European manufacturing into its plant in Bensheim, Germany.

Synventive valve gate cylinders improve ability to retain maximum glass fiber length in the molded part
‘s GRAVENDEEL, THE NETHERLANDS – March 21, 2006 – Synventive Molding Solutions, The strength, impact performance and dimensional stability of long glass fiber reinforced polymers are improved with each millimeter of glass fiber length retained during the injection molding process. Synventive Molding Solutions has developed two types of valve gate cylinders for hot runner systems that fea-ture a very large stroke as well as an optimized melt flow channel, both greatly improving the ability to retain maximum glass fiber length in the molded part.

Synventive customizes complex hot runner system for low pressure injection molded plastic pallet
‘s GRAVENDEEL, THE NETHERLANDS – January 20, 2006 – Synventive Molding Solutions, one of the world’s largest designers, manufacturers and suppliers of hot runner systems and related components to the injection-molding industry, developed customized hot runner systems for AVK Plastics to enable the production of large size plastics pallets on low-pressure injection molding equipment. Synventive will present this technology together with its range of hot runners systems with shot sizes down to 0.1 grams as well as a new range of hot runner systems for multi-cavity moulds at Plast 2006, in Milano, Italy in hall 9, booth A36 from 14-18 February.

Synventive introduces new aids for multi-cavity applications
‘s GRAVENDEEL, THE NETHERLANDS – September 15, 2005 – To provide injection molders with an improved control solution in multi-cavity molding, Synventive recently introduced a new small nozzle series, the 03C and O4C. This nozzle will replace the older generation CA nozzle, which has featured in the company’s product line up for over 10 years.
