New products developments for Europe to be unveiled by Tsubaki at Hanover Fair
Tsubakimoto Europe, the market leading supplier of chain and power transmission systems, will use this year’s Hanover Fair, 7-12 April, as the launch pad for a range of new industrial chain and accessory developments.
Present on Stand G15, Hall 25, Tsubaki will not only be demonstrating the latest innovative additions to its product line up, but will also be reinforcing the consideration for the environment that underpins all of the company’s application solutions.
Tsubaki’s environmental concern is reflected in superior performance products that consume less energy in operation and that deliver longer working lives with little or no maintenance. A key example of the company’s work in this respect is its ongoing programme of improving the fatigue strength of its chains, a property exemplified in its Super Chain. Designed for tough applications, as its name implies, the Super Chain Series of products provides outstanding strength and endurance, and permits up to a 30% increase in allowable load.
Along with Super Chain, other new product developments to be exhibited on the stand at Hanover are Tsubaki’s DP Roller Chain, which features a chromium-free, unique double surface treatment; X-Lambda Lube-free Chain, with extended wear-life performance and an innovative lube-free series of Bearing Roller Conveyor Chain that is entirely maintenance-free.
Also being introduced is an expanded family of Tsubaki Cam Clutches that meet the needs of a broader range of application shaft diameters, as well as offering new features. Central will be the latest series of Lift-Off clutches, which offer interchangeability with competitive equivalent types.
