Taking a royal interest
On 31st March, Victrex plc, winner of The Queen’s Award For Enterprise 2002, received royal attention from HRH Prince Andrew, Duke of York, when he visited the company’s technical and production headquarters at Thornton Cleveleys, Lancashire, UK.
World leader in the production of Victrex® PEEK™ polymer, Victrex has a solid history of sustained, substantial growth in export earnings from its Victrex® PEEK™ polymer and this as been recognised by The Queen’s Award on three occasions: 1987, 1997 and 2002.
