Borealis signs EUR 700 million revolving credit facility
Borealis yesterday signed an agreement with 22 international banks for a EUR 700 million revolving credit facility. The financing is for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of an existing credit facility. The EUR 700 million credit facility has a maturity of five years and carries an initial margin of 80 bp above Euribor.

KINGSPORT, Tenn., Nov. 20, 2003 – There is no doubt that Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE: EMN) has set up shop near Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Visitors to the Capelle aan den IJssel area cannot miss the large red Eastman sign on top of the company’s new regional headquarters facility. The sign is made of Eastman’s Kelvx resin, the first such use for outdoor signage in Europe.
