Brent Cross new President of the Pigging Products & Services Association (PPSA)

Borouge and Linde/Consolidated Constructors Company (CCC) formally sign US$1.3 billion cracker contract

Borouge and the consortium of Linde/CCC at the official signing ceremony of the Borouge 2 cracker in Abu Dhabi, UAE, signed in the presence of the Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and HE Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi UAE Minister of Economy.

Borouge, the leading provider of innovative plastics solutions, and a consortium of the Engineering division of The Linde Group and CCC today formally signed a contract worth approximately US$1.3 billion for the construction of a new Ethylene Cracker, which is considered the largest grass roots gas cracker in the world with a capacity of 1.5 million tonnes per annum.
