Milliken erwirkt einstweilige Verfügung gegen Fountain Trading wegen Markenrechtsverletzung
Milliken & Company melden, dass das Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf eine europaweit geltende einstweilige Verfügung gegen die koreanische Fountain Trading Company wegen Verletzung der Markenrechte von Milliken an Millad® und Millad 3988 erlassen hat. Gemäß dieser Verfügung ist es Fountain Trading untersagt, die Bezeichnung Millad und/oder Millad 3988 zur Charakterisierung von Polymeradditiven zu verwenden und derart bezeichnete Produkte zu produzieren, anzubieten, zu bewerben, zu verkaufen oder zu vermarkten.

DNV and NHSLA: A partnership for improving patient safety and managing risk
Rotterdam, 12 March 2007 – DNV has entered into a five year contract with the NHSLA (National Health Service Litigation Authority) to provide services for managing risk with effect from 1 April 2007.
In an effort to further develop its risk management programme, NHSLA has awarded DNV a contract to deliver risk assessment, standard development, training and helpdesk services to over 400 National Health Service (NHS) Trusts and more than 150 NHS maternity services in England.
