Ltd. in der ostchinesischen Wirtschaftsmetropole Nanjing einen hydraulischen Simulationstisch zur Erprobung von Dachgepäckträgern installiert. Kemflo verwendet den Simulationstisch, um die mechanischen Beanspruchungen nachzubilden, denen Automobilzubehör, wie etwa Dachlastenträger, beim Einsatz im Straßenverkehr ausgesetzt sind.

DSM introduces Stanyl Diablo OCD 2305 BM, the first high temperature polyamide for blow-molded ducts
DSM, the inventor of the Diablo technology, has launched Stanyl® Diablo OCD 2305 BM, a special heat stabilized blow molding grade of Stanyl polyamide 4.6, developed specifically for hot charge air ducts. It is the first high temperature polyamide suitable for processing by extrusion-blow molding and with a significant cost benefit compared to PPS, thanks to its lower weight and scrap rate.

Clariant veräussert Geschäfte Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties sowie Emulsions an SK Capital
Muttenz, 27. Dezember 2012 – Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, hat eine Vereinbarung unterzeichnet, die Geschäfte Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties sowie Emulsions an SK Capital zu veräussern. Die Gesamtsumme der Transaktion beläuft sich auf etwa CHF 502 Millionen, davon rund CHF 460 Millionen in bar, was dem 6.3-fachen des geschätzten EBITDA der verkauften Geschäfte für das Gesamtjahr 2012 entspricht. Die Transaktion wurde von den Verwaltungsräten beider Unternehmen genehmigt. Vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der Wettbewerbsbehörden soll sie bis zum Ende des 2. Quartals 2013 abgeschlossen sein.
