Clariant erwirbt Nano-Silbertinten-Technologie von Bayer

April 2013 – Der Schweizer Spezialchemiehersteller Clariant International AG hat die unter der Marke Bayink® entwickelte Technologieplattform für nanopartikuläre Silbertinten vom deutschen Bayer-Konzern erworben. Der Erwerb umfasst sämtliche Patente, Kenntnisse und Materialien in Verbindung mit der Nano-Silbertinten-Technologie von Bayer. Clariant wird weiterhin eng mit bestehenden Kunden und Kooperationspartnern zusammenarbeiten, um die Nano-Silbertinten und die entsprechenden Anwendungen weiterzuentwickeln. „Der Kauf stärkt unser Portfolio neuartiger Materialien für den Elektronik- und Energiemarkt“, erklärte Christian Kohlpaintner, Mitglied des Executive Committee.
