Clariant will indischen Masterbatch Produzenten übernehmen
Muttenz, 16. Dezember 2013 – Clariant, ein weltweit führendes Spezialchemieunternehmen, hat heute die Absicht bekanntgegeben, den indischen Masterbatch-Hersteller Plastichemix Industries mit Sitz in Vadora und Produktionsstandorten in Rania, Kalol und Nadesari in Gujerat (Indien) zu übernehmen. Plastichemix Industries ist ein führender Anbieter von Schwarz-, Weiss-, Filler-, Farb- und Additivmasterbatches. Ebenso gehören zu der Angebotspalette Flushed Pigments und Monofarbkonzentrate sowie Engineering Compounds.

Dezember 2013 – Archroma, ein weltweit führender Hersteller von Spezialchemikalien, gibt bekannt, dass die Unternehmensgruppe am Fertigungsstandort für Textilchemikalien in Jamshoro (Pakistan) ihre erste nachhaltige Abwasseraufbereitungsanlage (Sustainable Effluent Treatment, SET) in Betrieb genommen hat. Mit einer Investition in Höhe von PKR 371 Millionen unterstützt die Anlage nicht nur die Rückgewinnung von 80 % des Brauchwassers, sondern gestattet auch eine effiziente Aufbereitung auf Zero-Liquid-Discharge-Basis (ohne Einleitung) und erfüllt damit die äußerst strengen Umweltanforderungen des Landes.

SHANGHAI - December 11, 2013 - GE's Power Conversion business (NYSE: GE) has again demonstrated its strength in this sector by winning a contract for the supply of dynamic positioning (DP) for a vessel Floating Accommodation Unit that Cosco (Nantong) Shipyard in Nantong City, China, is building for Logitel Offshore, the Singapore-based floating logistics and accommodation rig owner that has an exclusive license agreement to use the proprietary Sevan Marine design within the floating accommodation market. The complete project includes a C-Series Class 3 DP system and manual thruster control system.
