Clariant, ein fokussiertes, nachhaltiges und innovatives Spezialchemieunternehmen, und India Glycols Limited (IGL), ein führender Hersteller grüner, technologiebasierter Chemikalien, haben heute nach dem Erhalt aller erforderlichen aufsichtsbehördlichen Genehmigungen die erfolgreiche Gründung ihres Joint Venture für Ethylenoxid-(EO)-Derivate aus erneuerbaren Quellen mit einem Beteiligungsverhältnis von 51% zu 49% bekanntgegeben. Das Joint Venture wird unter dem Namen Clariant IGL Specialty Chemicals Private Limited firmieren.

SONGWON’s distribution partnership with MegaChem expanded
Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. announced today that it has expanded its distribution partnership with MegaChem. Since September 2019, MegaChem has been the exclusive distributor of SONGWON’s antioxidants for fuels and lubricants in the ASEAN region. On the back of the success in these countries, SONGWON has extended MegaChem’s coverage to include Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
