El sistema dispone de un monitor gráfico con una tecnología muy interactiva. El monitor gráfico tiene seis botones con 26 combinaciones. Nuestro nuevo monitor gráfico le permite al operario seleccionar el tamaño de la bolsa y las combinaciones de espuma óptimas, a fin de proporcionar una protección rápida y segura para una gran variedad de artículos. Cataloga y programa hasta 156 combinaciones de bolsa acolchadas. Por ejemplo, si el cliente quiere producir una bolsa de espuma para el lado derecho de una tostadora, puede programar el porcentaje de espuma y la longitud del film necesario, y elegir en la selección “lado derecho tostadora”. Después, cuando la tostadora que va a ser enviada, llega al centro de embalaje en la cinta transportadora, el operario selecciona un botón en la pantalla que dirá “lado derecho tostadora” y la bolsa con su cantidad de espuma adecuada será producida. La posibilidad de programar el embalaje a realizar permite al operario trabajar a un ritmo muy rápido y con un embalaje perfecto y adecuado a su producto a embalar, presionando sólo un botón.

British Vita’s TPE Group invest in clean compound technology and expand capacity

Manchester, U.K. – 11 October, 2006 – The VTC TPE Group, British Vita’s Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Compounding Group, have invested £2.6 million (3.7 million euro) in clean technology at VTC Elastoteknik, the Group’s Swedish production facility. The investment includes a fourth production line, which will come on stream in September 2006 and will increase production by 4,000 tonnes per annum bringing the capacity of the Group to more than 35,000 tonnes.
