Clariant hosts carnival at Zhenjiang primary school to spread message of sustainability

Clariant y Disease Control Technologies (DCT) donan mosquiteros Royal Sentry® con insecticida de larga duración a organizaciones de beneficencia de Nicaragua en ocasión del Día Mundial del Paludismo
Muttenz, 24 de abril de 2015 – Clariant, una de las empresas líderes mundiales en especialidades químicas, y su socia, la empresa estadounidense Disease Control Technologies (DCT), donaron 600 mosquiteros y cortinas en un esfuerzo por combatir la propagación del paludismo, el dengue y la fiebre chikungunya a la organización de beneficencia “Asociación Hoy Por Mañana” y a dos hospitales de Managua, Nicaragua. La donación fue entregada a los representantes de las organizaciones de beneficencia en ocasión del Día Mundial del Paludismo. Con este evento anual, la OMS y la Comunidad para el Control del Paludismo hacen hincapié en el saldo de aproximadamente medio millón de muertes producto del paludismo.
