La evaluación del ciclo de vida del papel para envolver pallets de Mondi muestra un menor impacto climático
Mondi, líder mundial en embalajes y papel, encargó una evaluación del ciclo de vida (LCA) en la que se comparaba su innovadora envoltura para pallets de papel, Advantage StretchWrap, con la envoltura de film de plástico convencional. El estudio completo ha sido realizado por una consultora externa, cumple las normas ISO e incluye una revisión crítica externa. Partiendo de la base de que ambos materiales se reciclan al final de su vida útil, los resultados mostraron que, el envoltorio de pallets a base del papel de Mondi tiene un menor impacto climático, lo cual es uno de los indicadores de la LCA.
