Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products (QEPP) a su résoudre ce problème pour le Groupe DE SMET, S.A. de Bruxelles, en utilisant son nouveau matériau TECHTRON® HPV PPS pour les paliers d’une installation d’extraction.

L'agent d'expansion Honeywell Enovate® 3000 sera utilisé par le fabricant britannique de matériaux de couverture et de revêtements Steadman
Haasrode, Belgique, 2 septembre 2004 — L'agent d'expansion Enovate® 3000 de Honeywell, un hydrofluorocarbone liquide utilisé comme agent d'expansion pour les mousses isolantes rigides a été choisi par Steadman & Son Ltd. pour la fabrication de panneaux isolants en mousse. Steadman, l'un des plus anciens fabricants de matériaux de couverture et de revêtements au Royaume Uni, a retenu Enovate® 3000 parce qu'il n’appauvrit pas la couche d’ozone conformément au Protocole de Montréal. Ce produit est, de plus, ininflammable. A ce titre, Enovate® remplit donc sans problèmes les standards de résistance au feu émis par l'organisme britannique Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB), une entité indépendante et reconnue de certification qualité. Enovate® 3000 donne également aux panneaux des propriétés isolantes supérieures par rapport aux produits concurrents.
