Un TPE à forte teneur en matières recyclées pour Hilti
Avec le développement d’un Recycling Content TPE présentant une excellente adhérence sur le PA, Hilti et KRAIBURG TPE ont maintenant étendu avec succès leur partenariat à des projets mettant l’accent sur la durabilité. Le point de départ de l’extension de cette coopération qui dure déjà depuis plus de 20 ans a été l’importance de plus en plus grande que les deux entreprises accordent au développement de stratégies et d’initiatives pour plus de durabilité, en particulier là où elles peuvent avoir un impact significatif sur la conception des nouveaux produits et de leurs composants. En outre, dans le cadre de son Supplier Recognition Model, Hilti a attribué à KRAIBURG TPE sa récompense «Distinguished Honors – Projets spéciaux».

SABIC launches certified low carbon chemicals with CO2 footprint savings

SABIC introduces new LNP™ ELCRES™ FST resins that comply with the most stringent fire safety standards for railway interiors
SABIC, a global leader in the chemical industry, will showcase its growing range of LNP™ ELCRES™ FST copolymer resins which can be used for large train interior applications at InnoTrans 2024, Booth 255 in Hall 5.1. This portfolio covers a range of compounds for potential use in extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding. LNP THERMOCOMP compounds well suited for use in 3D printing of large interior and exterior rail parts will also be featured. These specialty thermoplastic offerings address the demanding fire safety specifications for Flame, Smoke and Toxicity (FST) according to the European Norm (EN) 45545-2 with R1 requirements and the highest hazard levels HL2 and HL3 for railway applications.
