SONGWON enters two new distribution agreements with Bodo Möller Chemie
SONGWON Industrial Co., Ltd. announced today that it has signed two exclusive distribution agreements for the distribution of its comprehensive range of polymer stabilizers: Bodo Möller Chemie Benelux N.V. has been supplying customers in Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands since January 1, 2020, and Bodo Möller Chemie UK Ltd took on responsibility in the United Kingdom and Ireland on May 1.
Milliken & Company (“Milliken”), a global diversified manufacturer with more than a century and a half of materials science expertise, has formally acquired Borchers Group Limited (“Borchers”), a global specialty chemicals company known for its innovative high-performance coating additives and specialty catalyst solutions from The Jordan Company, L.P. (“TJC”). The transaction officially closed on Tuesday, January 28, 2020.
Milliken & Company (“Milliken”), a global diversified manufacturer with more than a century and a half of materials science expertise, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Borchers Group Limited (“Borchers”), a global specialty chemicals company known for its innovative high-performance coating additives and specialty catalyst solutions from The Jordan Company, L.P. (“TJC”). The acquisition is expected to close in January 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
