Archroma announces CEO transition
Archroma, a global leader in sustainable specialty chemicals and solutions for the textiles, packaging & paper, paints and coatings industries, announced its transition plan for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Heike van de Kerkhof, CEO of Archroma since January 2020, will step down effective April 30, 2023, to focus on other career opportunities. Mark Garrett, a seasoned industry executive, will assume the role of interim CEO. Archroma’s Board of Directors has initiated a comprehensive search process for installing a permanent CEO and has retained a leading executive search firm to evaluate both internal and external candidates.

Avery Dennison Labels Packaging Materials EMENA is pleased to introduce AD XeroLinr DT™, a new FSC-certified and phenol-free direct thermal (DT) linerless solution that drives productivity, reduces waste and advances sustainability.
Dow (NYSE: DOW) and Avery Dennison have co-developed an innovative and sustainable new hotmelt label adhesive solution that enables polyolefin filmic labels and polypropylene or polyethylene (PP/PE) packaging to be mechanically recycled together in one stream. The adhesive is the first of its kind on the label market and is approved by Recyclass for recycling in the HDPE colored stream - Class B.
