Beaulieu International Group acquires Beaulieu Canada and Beaulieu Australia
Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) announces the acquisition of two privately-owned companies, Beaulieu Canada and Beaulieu Australia, which will be integrated into its Flooring Solutions business unit. The transactions closed end of June.
