Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions announced the opening of its annual “Wrap Like A King” Challenge. This year’s vehicle wrap competition will run July 9 through September 15, 2018, and it will again include Regional Wrap Kings, Continental Wrap Kings and the crowning of the “King of the Wrap World.”

OEGSTGEEST, the Netherlands — July 9, 2018 — Among the materials science innovations Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions premiered at FESPA 2018 was a full range of reflective films designed to provide the highest possible vehicle visibility.
IONITY has chosen Tritium as its technology partner for the construction of 100 high-power charging sites across Germany, France, UK, Norway and Sweden. The dedicated electric vehicle (EV) charging stations will have an average of up to six user units, each capable of delivering 350 kW of power for fast charging of modern EVs. All equipped with the Combined Charging System (CCS) used by a wide range of vehicle manufactures.
The first 12 high-power chargers (HPC) from Tritium, the leading international specialist in DC charging infrastructure solutions for the electric vehicle (EV) market, have been put into operation at the Tank & Rast rest stops at Brohltal Ost and West either side of the A61 highway in Germany. These 12 charging stations form part of a planned pan-European network of around 400 HPC stations for IONITY that will ensure EV drivers can always find a charging station within the next 120 km.

Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, and Beijing Tiangang Auxiliary Co., Ltd. (Tiangang), today conducted a groundbreaking ceremony in Cangzhou (China), just over 200 km south of Beijing. The ceremony marked the start of the construction of a world-class production facility for stabilizers for plastics and textiles that will form the heart of the joint venture between both parties. The event was marked by a special event with representatives from both companies, as well as local officials.
