Flesh side fixation for highest demands
Muttenz, 5 July 2011 – For several reasons, many leathers have a fixing coat applied to the flesh side of the hide. To manage this effectively, Clariant has developed its new Melio® 03-W-75. A polyurethane-based product, it ensures excellent fixation without hardening the leather or causing a double layer effect in laminating automotive leathers. Flesh side fixation coatings with Melio® 03-W-75 show a high degree of reproducibility and consistency.
